2. Facility Usage Rules
- Maintain silence and a study-focused environment.
- Do not damage property, disturb others, or violate safety/security procedures.
- Use assigned seats/cabins and access systems as instructed by management.
- Prohibited or unlawful conduct may lead to suspension or termination.
3. Payments, Billing, and Receipts
- Fees, deposits, and applicable charges are published in current tariff details.
- Membership validity depends on timely payment and successful verification.
- Receipts and payment references should be retained for your records.
4. Refunds and Adjustments
Refunds, deductions, and settlement amounts (if any) are handled according to the active plan terms, applicable policy, and management review at the time of processing.
5. Account Security
- Keep your login password confidential and secure.
- Notify management immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
- We may force-reset access or suspend sessions for security reasons.
6. Privacy and Data Handling
Your use of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data handling practices described there.
7. Service Availability

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes are subject to competent courts having jurisdiction in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
